1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Growexity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Growexity is a desktop application for social media management. The Service provides a multi-column workspace interface with AI-powered tools, multi-account support with session isolation, and productivity features for managing accounts across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms. Our desktop app enhances your social media workflow without replacing the underlying platforms.

3. User Requirements

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Have valid social media accounts for platforms you intend to use with our workspace
  • Use compatible devices and browsers (macOS for desktop app, Chrome/Firefox for extensions)
  • Maintain an active subscription for continued access to premium features
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform terms of service
  • Use the Service in a manner consistent with its intended purpose as a productivity workspace

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your workspace account, authentication tokens, and access credentials
  • Managing your subscription, usage limits, and workspace settings
  • Ensuring your use of social media platforms through our workspace complies with each platform's terms of service
  • All content created, posted, or shared through the workspace interface
  • Proper use of AI-generated suggestions and maintaining authenticity in your communications
  • Respecting intellectual property rights and platform community guidelines
  • Using the workspace tools ethically and not for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
  • Keeping your workspace software and extensions updated for security and compatibility

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Generate spam, harassment, or abusive content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Violate LinkedIn's or X's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Engage in automated or bulk messaging
  • Collect or harvest personal information from LinkedIn or X
  • Bypass rate limits or technical restrictions
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code

6. Subscription and Credits

Our Service operates on a credit-based subscription model. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining an active subscription to continue using the Service
  • Monitoring your credit usage and subscription status
  • Understanding that each AI-generated reply consumes 1 credit
  • Managing your billing information through our payment processor
  • Reviewing and accepting subscription tier limitations

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Growexity and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from service interruptions.

10. Workspace Functionality and Platform Integration

Browser-Like Interface: Our workspace provides a browser-like interface that loads social media platforms in a controlled environment. This functionality operates similarly to how any web browser loads websites, with additional productivity tools layered on top.

Platform Independence: Growexity is an independent workspace tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or directly connected to X (Twitter), LinkedIn, or other social media platforms. We do not scrape, modify, or interfere with the underlying platform functionality.

Enhanced Workspace Tools: Our workspace provides productivity enhancements including column views, AI assistance, multi-account management, and analytics. These tools enhance your social media experience without altering the platforms themselves.

User Control: All actions taken on social media platforms through our workspace are user-initiated. We do not perform automated posting, bulk operations, or any actions without explicit user direction.

11. AI Content and Service Disclaimers

AI-Generated Content: All responses and tweets generated by our AI are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting any content on LinkedIn or X. We make no warranties about the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated suggestions.

Service Availability: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We provide the Service on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or availability.

General Disclaimers: WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF AI RESPONSES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability Cap: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Excluded Damages: WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR LINKEDIN ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS.

Platform-Related Liability: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT ON LINKEDIN OR X, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, PENALTIES, OR VIOLATIONS OF PLATFORM TERMS OF SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Growexity, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the Service and any content you post on LinkedIn or X using our AI suggestions
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws
  • Your violation of LinkedIn's or X's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Any claims that your LinkedIn or X activity infringes the rights of any third party
  • Any misuse of AI-generated content or failure to review content before posting
  • Your breach of any representations or warranties made in these Terms

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and no refunds will be provided for unused subscription time or credits.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet outages, third-party service failures (including OpenRouter, LinkedIn, or Dodo Payments), or other unforeseeable circumstances. In such events, our obligations will be suspended until the force majeure event ceases.

15. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with LinkedIn and X (authentication and content interaction), OpenRouter (AI processing), Supabase (data storage), and Dodo Payments (payment processing). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of third-party services, including service interruptions, data breaches, or policy changes by these providers.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or applicable court jurisdiction.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
